摘    要:以水玻璃为主要原料,掺入硅酸铝纤维、硅灰、钛白粉和漂和漂殊等组分,采用溶胶-凝胶技术制备了纳米级孔隔热材料,探讨了pH值、硅灰和漂珠加入量等对材料性能的影响.材料性能测试结果表明,纳米级孔隔热材料导热系数低、抗压强度较高、线收缩率小、防水性好.

Abstract:The thermal insulating material is prepared through the sol-gel process, using the cheap water glass as the main raw material and blending with other components such as alumina silicate fi bre, silica fume, titania powder and ? oating pearls. From the result of material performance test we know the nano-aperture silicon thermal insulating material has low heat conductivity, high compressive strength, low line contraction ratio and high waterproof performance. The main factors such as the pH value of solution and the quantities of silica fume and floating pearls which affect the procedure of material are discussed.
