摘    要:通过单因素试验对改性生土的工程特性进行试验研究,从而确定草筋、粉煤灰、水泥、生石灰的合理取值区间。利用正交试验方法考察各因素对改性生土抗压强度、抗折强度的影响,并对试验结果进行了极差、方差和因素指标分析。结果表明,各因素对改性生土砌块28 d抗压强度的影响顺序为:水泥C草筋A粉煤灰B生石灰D。各因素对改性生土砌块28 d抗折强度的影响顺序为:草筋A水泥C生石灰D粉煤灰B。综合分析各因素对改性生土砌块抗压强度、抗折强度的影响,最终确定改性生土砌块的最优配合比。

Abstract:The reasonable values range of grass, fly ash, cement and lime were determined by single factor experimental study on the engineering properties of modified raw-soil specimens. Then, orthogonal test was applied to study the compressive strength and bending strength of modified raw-soil blocks, meanwhile, the test results were analyzed according to range analysis, variance analysis and factor index analysis. The test results showed that, the order of the influence of factors on the 28 d compressive strength of modified raw-soil blocks was cement C > grass A > fly ash B > quick lime D, and the order of the influence of factors on the 28 d bending strength of modified raw-soil blocks was grass A > cement C > quick lime D > fly ash B. Finally, the optimal mixture ratio of modified raw-soil blocks was obtained by analyzing the influence of all factors on the compressive strength and bending strength of modified raw-soil blocks.
