萤石矿浮选的正交试验研究

摘    要:采用正交试验法对硅质萤石矿进行了浮选试验研究。研究了碳酸钠、水玻璃、捕收剂用量对萤石粗精矿品位、回收率、浮选粗选作业选矿效率的影响,从而确定萤石浮选的最佳工艺参数及影响萤石粗精矿品位、回收率、浮选粗选作业选矿效率的主要因素。结果表明,当碳酸钠用量为1500 g/t、水玻璃用量为500 g/t、捕收剂用量为480 g/t时,浮选后的萤石粗精矿品位为80.68%,回收率为92.11%。

Abstract:The article studied the flotation of siliceous fluorite ore based on orthogonal experiment, and researched the effects of the dosage of sodium carbonate, water glass and collector on the grade, the recovery of the fluorite's rough concentrate and the seperation efficiency of roughing operation, thereby, the optimum technological parameters of the fluorite flotation and the main factors influencing the fluorite concentrate grade and recovery can be find. The results showed that when the dosage of sodium carbonate is 1500 g/t, the amount of water glass is 500 g/t, and the dosage of the collector is 480 g/t, the grade of fluorite concentrate was 80.68% and the recovery was 92.11%.
