| 摘 要： | 考察了硅藻土种类、粒径对涂料黏度、光泽度、附着力和耐热性的影响,确定了硅藻土在PVC木塑复合材料涂饰中透明底涂涂料、彩色底涂涂料和PU罩光涂料的基本配方。对PU罩光涂膜进行吸放湿实验和甲醛光催化降解实验,结果表明,硅藻土可用于吸放湿功能涂料,TiO2/硅藻土可用于甲醛光催化降解的功能涂料。 |

| Abstract: | The influence of the type and the particle size of diatomite on the viscosity,the gloss,the adhesive force and the heat resistance of paint film were investigated.The constitutes of the transparency primer coating,color primer coating and PU varnish for decorating wood-plastic composites were designed.The absorption ability and the desorption ability of moisture,and the properties of formaldehyde decompoition in the air of the PU varnish were determined,the experimental results indicate that the diatomite C-03 can be applied in making humidity controlling functional coating,TiO2/diatomite can be used in making photocatalytic functional coating. |
