金云母-氧化铁珠光颜料的制备及性能研究

摘    要:采用化学液相沉积法制备金云母-氧化铁珠光颜料,考察了反应过程中体系pH值、氯化铁浓度以及焙烧温度对产品性能的影响,确定了金云母基珠光颜料的优化制备工艺为:FeCl3溶液质量分数6%,pH值2~2.5,焙烧温度700℃。此时金云母珠光颜料成品具有良好的性能,珠光颜料包覆粒径均匀,包覆效果较好,珠光效应优。

Abstract:The pealy pigment was prepared using the liquid deposition method and the effects of the pH value,the concentration of ferric chloride solution and the calcination temperature were systemically studied.The results showed that phlogopite pearly pigments would represent high quality with the most uniform particle size and the best coating under the process parameters as follows: concentration of ferric chloride solution 6%,pH value 2~2.5,and the calcination temperature 700 ℃.
