摘    要:使用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、热重分析仪(TG)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和傅里叶变换红外光谱仪(FTIR)研究了碱式碳酸镁的热分解。350℃时,碱式碳酸镁分解产物为非晶物质4MgCO3.Mg(OH)2。400℃时,非晶产物重结晶,生成了MgO和中间相Mg3O(CO3)2。450℃时,中间相Mg3O(CO3)2分解为MgO和CO2,给出了热解化学反应式。

Abstract:The thermal decomposition of basic magnesium carbonate was investigated by X-ray diffractometry,thermogravimetry(TG),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and fourier transformed infrared spectroscopy(FTIR).The basic magnesium carbonate decomposed to amorphous material 4MgCO3.Mg(OH)2 at 350 ℃.MgO and intermediate phase Mg3O(CO3)2 were formed from the recrystallization of the amorphous product at 400 ℃.The intermediate phase undergoes decomposition on heating to give magnesium oxide and carbon dioxide at 450 ℃.The chemical reactions of thermal decomposition were given.
