脱硫石膏常压盐溶液法制备半水石膏的试验研究

摘    要:利用脱硫石膏呈湿态粉体、品位较高的特点,采用常压水热法制备半水石膏.研究了盐溶液质量分数、反应温度与时间、料浆质量分数、pH值等因素对脱水反应动力学过程及半水脱硫石膏晶体形态的影响,确定了脱硫石膏制备半水石膏的适宜工艺条件为:盐溶液质量分数15%,反应温度不低于95℃,反应时间2h,pH值5~7,料浆质量分数20%.

Abstract:The α-hemihydrate FGD gypsum was prepared in aqueous salt solution with the hydrothermal method,by taking full advantage of the characteristics of FGD gypsum such as high grade and powder in hygrometric state.The influences of salt solution concentration,the reaction temperature and time,slurry concentration and pH value on the dehydration reaction dynamics process and the α-hemihydrate FGD gypsum were studied.The optimal technological conditions were determined as follows: the concentration of salt solution 15%,reaction temperature above 95 ℃,reaction time 2 h,pH value 5~7,slurry concentration 20%.
