碱和微波改性沸石及对亚铁离子的吸附研究

摘    要:采用微波辐射技术和NaOH对天然沸石进行活化改性处理,研究了改性沸石对水溶液中Fe2+的吸附性能及影响因素。结果表明:经浓度为0.8 mol/L的NaOH和微波功率480W辐射5 min改性的沸石吸附性能良好,在溶液pH值为7及常温条件下,改性沸石在用量为10 g/L、振荡吸附时间为40 min时,对质量浓度为224 mg/L的Fe2+的去除率为99.5%。改性沸石对Fe2+的吸附规律较好地符合Langmuir吸附等温式。采用0.8 mol/L的NaOH作为改性沸石的再生剂,可使其再生重复使用。

Abstract:The microwave and NaOH were used to modify zeolite,and the adsorption performances and the influencing factor of Fe2+ in water were investigated.The results showed that under the condition of 0.8 mol/L NaOH and radiation for 5 min by 480 W microwave,there is more adsorption efficiency.At pH value 7.0,normal temperature,adsorption time 40 min and dosage of modified-zeolite 10 g/L,the removal rate of Fe2+ in water(224 mg/L) by modified zeolite could be up to 99.5%.According to the adsorption isotherm curves of Fe2+ on modified zeolite,the regularity of adsorption conformed to langmuir isothermal adsorption model.Regeneration of clinoptilolite can be realized using 0.8 mol/L NaOH solution.
