越南林同高岭土分级试验研究

摘    要:以越南高岭土捣浆溢流为研究对象,进行了高岭土分级试验,研究各级水力旋流器进浆质量分数、进浆压力、底流口直径等工作参数对分级的影响,确定较佳的工作参数。该高岭土经分级之后,-2μm含量从46.35%增加到77.04%,分级效果显著。

Abstract:This paper used the restow pulp overflow of Kaolin in Vietnam as the research object to conduct Kaolin classification experiment.The influence of pulp concentration,feeding pressure and underflow diameter of different diameter hydrocyclone was researched to seek better technological parameter.By classification,-2μm content of the Kaolin increased from 46.35% to 77.04%.
