淮北煤系高岭土增白实验研究

摘    要:通过磨矿、磁选、化学漂白等工艺,对淮北新蔡煤系高岭土的增白进行了系统的研究,结果表明:通过原矿→颚式破碎→对辊破碎→瓷球磨→搅拌磨→磁选→煅烧工艺,可使高岭土的白度由69.40%提高到92.61%,全Fe含量由0.71%下降到0.29%,达到各工业优级煅烧高岭土的白度标准。

Abstract:The whitening of coal series kaolin from Xincai Huaibei was studied systematically by grinding, magnetic separating, and chemical bleaching technology. The results showed that the whiteness of kaolin sample increased from 69.40% to 92.61%, and the content of TFe_2O_3 decreased from 0.71% to 0.29% by the process flow of ore→jaw crushing→roll crushing→porcelain ball milling →stirring grinding→ magnetic separating→calcinating technology. It reached the whiteness standard of all top-grade calcined industrial kaolin.
