凹凸棒石/丁苯橡胶纳米复合材料制备及其性能

摘    要:苏皖一带的沉积型土状凹凸棒石是一种天然纳米纤维。用硅烷偶联荆和不饱和脂肪酸对凹凸棒石进行改性,制备了凹凸棒石/了苯橡胶纳米复合材料。对材料力学性能及其影响因素进行了讨论;分析了有机改性、胶料混炼、硫化等工艺过程中凹凸棒石结构的变化。

Abstract:Attapulgite that occurs in clay sediments of Jiangsu & Anhui provence is a natural nanometer or submicron mineral material and is modified with silane and unsaturated fatty acid. Attapulgite /SBR nanocomposites are prepared with the modified attapulgite. This paper discussed the mechanic performance of the material and the factors that affected them,analyzed structure change of attapulgite in work process and the reason of clinoenstatite occurring.
