鄂州钙基膨润土钠化改型研究

摘    要:以湖北鄂州钙基膨润土为原料,采用悬浆钠化改型工艺.系统研究了单一改型剂钠化改型的各种因素对产品性能的影响.结果表明,Na2CO3改型可以分别将胶质价和膨胀容由原矿的100ml/15g、11.0ml/g提高到500ml/15g、57.1ml/g,而NaF则可以分别将胶质价和膨胀容提高到450ml/15g、68.0ml/g,单一改型荆钠化效果明显.由单一改型剂和两种改型荆互配改型效果对比表明,Na2CO3与NaF以质量比7:3互配可以较好地改善膨润土的理化性能,其胶质价和膨胀容可以达到500ml/15g、74.6ml/g,明显高于单一改型剂的指标.
