纳米碳酸钙均匀度和粒度影响因素的研究

摘    要:在实验室条件下,以石灰石为原料,通过间歇式碳化反应合成了纳米碳酸钙产品。通过单因素条件试验,在CO2流量为1.0L/(h·gCa(OH)2),碳化初始温度为20℃,Ca(OH)2浓度控制在8wt%时,可以制备出粒度为27nm,均匀度为4.6的纳米碳酸钙产品。

Abstract:The nanometer CaCO_3 was prepared taking limestone as raw material with batch carbonization method in lab.By means of single factor tests,nanometer CaCO_3 is obtained,which partical size is 27nm and evenness degree is 4.6 under the conditions as follows:the CO_2 flow rate is 1.0 L/(h·gCa(OH)_2);the reaction temperature is 20℃;the initial Ca(OH)_2 concentration is 8wt%.
