红色凹凸棒石黏土除铁增白工艺技术研究

摘    要:纯凹凸棒石色白.因含杂质显红、灰、绿、黄等色彩。其红色质是铁,不仅影响白度、纯度。又会影响使用价值。依据色质离子的物化特性.用特定的化学原料.应用络合-还原技术,将白度在45%~55%的红色凹凸棒石黏土除铁漂白后,产品白度提高到93.5%、凹凸棒石含量可达85%以上.

Abstract:The pure attapulgite colour is white, and the attapulgite clay has colours of red, gary, green and yellow when it bears impurities. The red material in it is ferro and influences not only its whiteness and purity ,but also its application value.Based on physico-chemical properties of colourbearing ions in it, using special chemical raw material and complexing-reducing technology, after bleaching and iron-removing the whiteness of attapulgite clay was improved form 45%-55% to 93.5%,and attapulgite content was reached above 85% in it.
