二氧化钛/累托石复合光催化剂制备及对酸性红的催化降解试验研究

摘    要:采用钠基累托石与二氧化钛反应制备光催化剂 ,并用于光催化降解有机染料酸性红。结果表明 ,降解 2h脱色率为 91.7%。影响光催化剂光降解性能的主要因素 ,是焙烧温度、复合反应温度。使用中光催化剂用量、溶液 pH值对降解效果有重要影响。该催化剂再生使用 ,亦具有良好的降解效果

Abstract:The paper has reported the synthesis of TiO 2/rectorite multiplex photo-catalyst and the photocatalytic degradation of acid fuchsine.The discoloring ratio of acid fuchsine can be as high as 91.7% in 2 hours degradation.The experiments show that the composite temperature and the roasting temperature are the main factors, which influences on the degradation efficiencies. With application of the TiO 2/rectorite multiplex photo-catalyst,the added quantity and the value of pH also affect the degradation efficiencies.Further more, the regenerated efficiencies of the regenerated photo-catalyst is as better as the original one.
