摘    要:利用硅烷偶联剂(LM-N308)对纳米凹凸棒石表面进行有机改性.红外光谱和高分辨透射电镜照片表明,约有占改性产品质量6.1%的LM-N308以化学键的形式结合在在纳米凹凸棒石的表面,形成有机包覆层.表面改性后的纳米凹凸棒石的表面性质由亲水性变成了疏水性,用于复合材料中能同时提高其强度和韧性.

Abstract:Organic surface modification of nano-attapulgite with silane coupling reagent LM-N308 was studied.According to the results of FT-IR and HRTEM,it was inferred that the LM-N308 was bound with about 6.1% on the surface of nano-attapulgite particles,and an organic coating layer also formed.The surface property of nano-attapulgite modified with LM-N308 was changed from hydrophilicity to hydrophobicity,and the strength and toughness of the composite material was improved by adding modified nano-attapulgite.
