摘    要:针对现有封孔技术因封孔深度和封孔段长度相同,造成不能有效避开巷道松动圈、浪费封孔材料等现象的问题,在分析钻孔裂隙带形成的基础上,提出了封孔深度为8m、封孔段长度为3m的定点定长度新型封孔工艺。并在贵州山脚树矿进行了工业性试验,结果表明:定点定长度新型封孔工艺有效减少了钻孔漏气量,封孔成本降低40%,平均瓦斯抽采浓度提高了17.2%,单孔多抽出瓦斯911.9m3/min。

Abstract:The existing sealing technology cannot effectively keep away from the roadway loose circle so as to cause the waste of sealing materials,due to the same size of sealing depth and length.Based on the analysis of formation of borehole fissure zone,the new sealing method was proposed to solve this problem,with the sealing depth of 8m and the length of 3m.An industrial test was carried out in Shanjiaoshu mine in Guizhou province by using this technology.The results showed that the new sealing technology could effectively reduce the air leakage amount during drilling.The sealing cost was reduced by 40%,the average concentration of gas drainage was improved by 17.2%,and more gas about 911.9 m3 per minute was drained from one borehole in a month.
