摘    要:采用瑞士梅特勒公司生产的TGA/SDTA851e热重分析仪器研究了4种不同煤粉粒度神华煤的热解、燃烧特性,考察了粒径及升温速率对热解和燃烧的影响。采用不同的升温速率制取两组焦样,进行热天平燃烧实验。用特征温度表征燃烧过程特性,分析燃烧规律的变化。实验结果表明,随着制焦时煤粉粒径的减小,煤焦的着火温度提前,燃烧的剧烈程度增加,燃烧的稳定性和燃烬程度得到了改善。由于挥发分的存在,煤粉燃烧过程中粒径对于难燃质燃烧的影响较小。

Abstract:The characteristics of pyrolysis and combustion of coal samples from Shenhua Group in four different particle sizes were analyzed on a TGA/SDTA851e thermogravi metric analyzer made by Mettler company.Moreover,the effect of particle size and heating rate on the pyrolysis and the combustion were discussed.Two coke samples were obtained at the different heating rates and then burned on the ther mobalance.The characteristic temperatures were used to characterize the co mbustion and analyze its variation law.The results showed that the decrease of particle size promoted the start of combustion,enhanced the violence of combustion,and improved the stability of combustion and the degree of burn-out.Owing to the volatile matters,the particle size had little influence on the combustion of non-flammable matters.
