摘    要:选用双鸭山东荣长焰煤为样品,利用马弗炉进行了中低温热解试验,考察了热解温度、升温速度和保温时间等对半焦的产率、组成和发热量的影响,并以水焦浆气化对原料的要求为导向,研究热解温度对半焦气化反应活性和可磨性的影响.研究结果表明在热解工艺条件中,热解温度对半焦的产率、组成和发热量的影响最大,随着热解温度的提高,热解半焦产率和气化反应活性均降低,半焦灰分升高.热解温度在400~700℃下所制半焦的内在水分、发热量和可磨性均满足水焦浆气化的基本要求,且当热解温度在400~450℃时,所得半焦的哈氏可磨度更高,预测的成浆性也更好,综合分析可确定,热解温度控制在400~450℃之间制备的长焰煤半焦适用于水焦浆气化.

Abstract:Taking long flame coal of Dongrong as the sample,the paper uses muffle furnace to do pyrolysis test at medium-low temperature to study the effects of pyrolysis temperature,heating rate,and holding time on semi-coke yield,composition and calorific value and research the influence of pyrolysis temperature on gasification reactivity and grindability of semi-coke in accordance with the specifications of feedstock used for water coke slurry gasification.The results show that among the pyrolysis parameters,pyrolysis temperature is the most influential factor.As pyrolysis temperature increases,the semi-coke yield and gasification reactivity decrease and the ash content increases.The inherent water,calorific value,and grindability of semi-coke meet requirements of feedstock of water coke slurry gasification at the temperature of 400~700℃;meanwhile,when the pyrolysis temperature is between 400℃ and 450℃,the Hardgrove grindability of semi-coke is higher and the predicting slurry ability is better.The comprehensive analysis shows the semi-coke derived from long-flame-coal at pyrolysis temperature of 400~450℃ fit in with the needs of water coke slurry gasification.
