特厚软煤层底板软岩开拓巷道合理支护参数研究

摘    要:针对虎龙沟煤矿5#特厚软煤层底板软岩开拓巷道围岩的特征,基于锚杆、锚索耦合支护机理,建立有限元数值分析模型,确定了软岩开拓巷道合理的支护参数。结果表明:安全系数SF大于1.2时为安全稳定圈,为保证锚杆锚固到松散破碎带以外的稳定岩层中,顶锚杆长度应大于2.0m;当锚杆安装应力达到6t时,顶板离层裂隙全部产生闭合;采用快装高预应力"鸟窝"锚索增大了杆体的拉拔强度,起到较好的支护效果;合理的表面控制措施对加强支护效果起到重要作用。

Abstract:Aimed at the characteristics of surrounding rock of softrock drift in No.5 ultra-thick soft seam floor in Hulonggou coal mine,the finite element analysis model was established on the basis of anchor bolt and cable coupling support mechanism to determine the reasonable support parameters for softrock drift.The results showed that the roof surrounding rock was in the safe zone when the safety coefficient SF was greater than 1.2.The length of roof bolt should be greater than 2 m in order to ensure the anchor bolt fixed in the stable layer outside the loose broken zone.When the installation stress reached 6t for the anchor bolt,the roof abscission layer would be closed completely.The cable like bird nest quickly installed with high pre-stress could increase the tensile strength and receive a better supporting effect.Therefore,the reasonable surface control measures could play an important role in the enhancement of supporting effect.
