摘    要:研究熔渗和液相烧结法制得Mo-Cu合金的显微组织、电导率、致密度、热导率.结果表明,Mo-Cu合金组织两相分布均匀,钼颗粒之间相互连接.球磨过程中引入杂质Fe,形成新相Fe2Mo3,导致导热系数降低,球磨处理后的烧结试样密度都很高.随成型压力增大,合金径向收缩率减小,相对密度、硬度和电导率几乎不变.

Abstract:The microstructure, thermal conductivity, electrical conductivity, relative density of Mo-Cu alloy prepared by infiltration and liquid-phase sintering process are investigated. The results show that the Mo-phase and Cuphase in Mo-Cu alloy are well distributed and the Mo-grains are jointed each other. The thermal conductivity of the alloy is decreased since the new phase of Fe2Mo3 is formed because of the introduction of the impurity Fe during the mechanical activation process, however the relative density of sintered alloy is very high after mechanical activation. With the increase of molding pressure, the radial contractility of the alloy is diminished, but the relative density, electrical conductivity and hardness is almost invariable.
