萤石与重晶石浮选分离新工艺及机理研究

摘    要:以S-2(可溶性硫酸盐)作调整剂,C_(235)(烷基α-羟基1,1双膦酸)作捕收剂,浮选分离萤石与重晶石。研究结果表明,C_(235)是萤石的良好捕收剂,S-2是重晶石的选择性抑制剂,人工混合矿物和实际矿石浮选试验取得良好分离效果。通过X光电子能谱(ESCA)等现代测试手段研究了S-2与矿物表面作用机理。结果表明,S-2与重晶石表面Ba~(2 )发生了表面反应,形成亲水层,从而使表面阳离子活性质点减少;S-2在萤石表面产生不妨碍C_(235)作用的少量物理吸附,因此S-2抑制重晶石而不抑制萤石。S-2对萤石和重晶石的抑制出现选择性是由于它与Ca~(2 )和Ba~(2 )生成化合物的溶度积不同。

Abstract:This paper described the separation of fluorite from barite by flotation with S-2 as a regulator and C_(235) as a collector. Studies indicated that C_(235) was a good collector for fluorite and S-2 was a selective depressor for barite. Good results of separation of artificial mixturesandthenaturalore were received. The reaction mechanism of S-2 with thesurface of minerals hasbeen studied by means of electron spectroscopy. Theresultsindicated that S-2 reacts on Ba~(2+) of the surface of barite and hydrophillic layer was produced on it, which made cation active points decrease; S-2 wasadsorbed physically on the surface of fluorite only a little, which would not overslaugh the interaction between C_(235) and fluorite. Therefore, S-2 can depress barite, but can not depress fluorite. The selective depressing of S-2 to fluorite and barite is caused by the difference of solubility product of resultants of S-2 with calcium and barium ions.
