摘    要:研究了细磨和边磨边浸以及浸取时间和温度对工业锌焙砂和含铁酸锌浸渣浸取行为的影响。试验结果表明,细磨和边磨边浸可加快铁酸锌的浸出速度。在磨矿过程中铁酸锌获得机械活化是浸取行为获得明显改善的主要原因之一。将该技术用于处理含锌热酸浸渣可以改善浸取条件,提高锌的浸出率和增加传统湿法炼锌工艺处理含铁高的锌焙砂的适应能力。

Abstract:The influence of stirred ball milling and simultaneous grinding andleaching on an industrial zinc calcine and zinc ferrite leaching was stud-ied.The experimental results showed that after short grinding in Attr-itor the leaching behaviour of zinc ferrite changed significantly,hencethe leaching process could be rapidly carried out under relative mildconditions.The mechanical activation of zinc ferrite by grinding wasconsidered to be one of the main reasons for the improvement of leachingbehaviour.The effects of leaching time and temperature on the leachingof zinc calcine and zinc ferrite-containing leach residues were also stud-ied.Based on the experimental results,a suggestion of treatment of highzinc-containing hot acid leach residues was given.Incorporated the grin-ding and/or simultaneous grinding and leaching technique into the con-ventional zinc hydrometallurgical process could increase the recovery ofzinc and give flexibility for treating a variety of zinc calcines with highiron content.
