白银冶炼厂炉渣贫化过程的计算机模拟

摘    要:白银冶炼厂的炉渣贫化过程是高温下冰铜,炉渣和气相多次反应的复杂过程。本文将多元相平衡算法和物理悬浮修正公式相结合,编制计算程序用于模拟白银冶炼厂炉渣贫化过程,计算得出在工业条件下底冰铜品位为41.33%,贫化渣含铜平均为0.469%,计算结果与工业数据一致。

Abstract:The process of slag Cleaning in Baiyin Metallurgy Factory is a process in which one batch of matter reacts repeatedly with about thirty batches of salgs at high ternperature. A computer program was developed tosimulate the proers of slag deaning through combining an algorithm of multiphase and multicomponentequilibrium with physical suspension estimating equations. The calculated matte grade is 41.33% and the average copper content of the cleaned slags is 0.469%. Simulation results agree with the commercial data. The effect of the amount of air blast and the amount of pyrite on the process was studied. It is shown that thecopper content of the cleaned-slag is influenced by the grade of matte. The copper loss in the cleaned-slagcan be lowered to less than 0.5% When the matte grade is leSs than 47%.
