微波加热中试装置及硫酸铜的干燥

摘    要:介绍自行研制的微波加热中试装置及用其加热干燥硫酸铜的试验结果。装置占地面积小,易自动化控制。应用微波加热中试装置于煤硫酸铜,微波功率10kW,时间10min,可将50kg的二级硫酸铜干燥为一级硫酸铜,产品质量均匀,干燥时间短,能耗低。微波加热中试装置与微波辐射干燥硫酸铜新工艺具有良好的发展前景。

Abstract:The microwave heating pilot equipment and its application to copper sulfate drying are described Microwave heating pilot equipment features with small field occupied and easily automatic control The second grade of copper sulfate is up to the first grade and the quality of the product is uniform by drying with the microwave heating pilot equipment under the condition of power 10kW, retention time 10min, feeding material 50kg There is the favorable prospect for the development of the microwave heating pilot equipment and the copper sulfate drying technology by microwave heating
