粒子群算法在烧结矿配料优化中的应用

摘    要:运用粒子群算法和MATLAB语言,编制钢铁烧结矿配料优化计算仿真程序并经实践检验。结果表明,计算机仿真计算符合实际生产工艺要求,数据直接应用于生产,提高各种烧结矿的综合利用率,降低成本10.32%。该算法为钢铁烧结矿配料问题的优化求解提供了新的思路和方法。

Abstract:Simulation programs for optimization of sintering raw material blend are made by use of particle swarm algorithm and MATLAB, and verified by practice. The simulation results show that the optimization of sintering raw materials blend is consonant with the requirements of production technology, and the comprehensive utilization of sintering raw materials is improved and the production cost id decreased by 10.23% by application of the simulation data. It is shown that the particle swarm algorithm is practical and a new way is given for solving the optimization problems on sintering raw materials blending.
