| Abstract: | The progress of research on the smelting and downstream processing of lithium achieved recently is reviewed. The aspects of lithium extraction from salt lake brine and from ores, preparation of high-purity lithium salt, high-purity lithium metal, crystalline material of lithium niobate and lithium tantalite, and lithiumion battery material are covered. |
