爆炸喷涂纳米WC-12Co涂层的性能

摘    要:采用爆炸喷涂工艺分别翩备纳米结构和常规结构WC-12Co涂层,研究了2种涂层的显微硬度、结合强度和摩擦磨损性能,并用扫描电镜(SEM)分析喷涂材料和涂层的形貌。结果表明,经爆炸喷涂,喷涂粉末中的WC颗粒的纳米晶特征能够保留到涂层中,得到纳米晶涂层。采用爆炸喷涂制备的纳米结构WC-12Co涂层较常规WC-12Co涂层组织致密,孔隙率低,其结合强度约为常规WC-12Co涂层的1.4倍,显微硬度约为常规涂层的1.3倍,摩擦磨损量约为常规涂层的1/2。

Abstract:The nanostructured and conventional WC-12Co coatings are prepared by detonation spraying,and the properties of two coatings such as microhardness,adhesion and wear resistance are investigated,and the characterization of the spraying powders and coatings are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results indicate that the nanostructure features of the WC-12Co are retained in the spraying coatings.Comparing to the conventional WC-12Co coating,the nanostructured coating prepared by detonation spraying has denser microstructure and fewer porosity,and the adhesion is increased by 40%,and the microhardness by 30%,and the wear resistance by 50%.
