摘    要:在纯铜中加入Zn和稀土元素La,通过双电桥测试电阻、拉伸和硬度实验及金相组织观察,研究不同含量的Zn和稀土La对铜的导电性、抗拉强度、硬度、金相组织的影响。研究发现,加入适量稀土元素可以净化铜的基体,起到脱氧、净化和细化晶粒的作用,改善其导电性。Zn的加入对铜有固溶强化和细晶强化的作用,可以显著提高纯铜的硬度,但对导电性却有负面影响。在Zn含量为0.4%,La含量为0.08%时,铜的综合性能达到最佳。

Abstract:The conductivity, strength and hardness of the copper material with addition of the metal Zn and rare-earth element La are investigated by electricity resistance measurement with double bridge circuit, tensile test and hardness measurement. The results indicate that the pure copper substrate can be purified such as oxygen elimi- nation, and the crystalline grain is fined by addition of rare-earth element La, so the conductivity is improved. The solution and fine grain strengthening effects are accomplished by addition of metal Zn, however the conductivity is decreased somewhat. The optimal comprehensive property of specimen is achieved with the content of 0.08% La and 0.4% Zn.
