| 摘 要： | 分析影响铝酸钠溶液碳酸化分解过程的各种因素。从工艺、溶液条件、分解技术条件三方面，讨论间断碳分和连续碳分工艺；分解原液中的氧化铝浓度、总碱浓度、悬浮物含量；碳分分解率，碳分温度，添加晶种，碳分时间，通气速度和CO2浓度，搅拌强度，碳分待出和碳分过头等因素对碳酸化分解过程及其产品性能的影响。

| Abstract: | The influencing factors of carbonation decomposition process in the alumina production are described The effects of discontinuous and continuous decomposition technics;alumina concentration,alkalinity,suspending materials in pregnant solution;rate,temperature,time of decomposition,addition of crystal seed,velocity and CO 2 concentration of CO 2 gas,stirring,delay of product and over decomposition in the view of decomposition technics,liquor conditions and technological index on carbonation process and product properties are analyzed and discussed in detail |
