摘    要:综述钛及其合金的生产工艺现状及发展趋势。在分析氧化物直接熔盐电解还原制备钛合金新工艺原理和特点的基础上,提出了该工艺有待于研究的关键问题。建议我国应加强熔盐电解“一步法”制备钛合金新工艺的研究开发。

Abstract:The current status and development trend of titanium and its alloys production process are reviewed. Based on the analysis of the principle and specialties of the process, the key problems to be solved in the direct production technology of titanium and its alloy from oxides by molten salt electrolysis are point out. The suggestion for intensifying the research and development of the new technology in China is proposed.
