国内外硫化铜矿湿法冶金发展现状

摘    要:介绍国内外硫化铜矿湿法冶金研究现状.论述复杂黄铜低温低压浸出的特点。对伴砷、锌的复杂黄铜矿,低温低压浸出,铜浸出率可达到95%以上,硫85%以上转化为元素硫.砷形成稳定的砷酸铁固定在渣中,精矿中黄铁矿基本不参加反应,该技术在国内外具有广阔的应用前景。

Abstract:The hydrometallurgical processes investigations for copper sulfide ores in China and overseas are reviewed, and the features of the pressure leaching process for complex chalcopyrite containing arsenic and zinc in low temperature and pressure are described. The copper recovery in leaching process is up to 95 %, and the 85 % sulfur in the ore is left in residue in elemental form. The arsenic is precipitated with ferric ion into FeAsO4, which is not a pollutant to environment. Pyrite in copper ores can not be dissolved in the operational condition. This new technology would be widely applied.
