摘    要:采用透射电子显微镜,X-射线衍射仪研究铬青铜(QCr0.5)固溶时效处理前后显微组织,物相结合和相关性能变化。结果表明,铬青铜热处理后硬度显著提高,电导率亦有上升。铬青铜的强化是合金中Cr原子或第二相(Cu2Cr2O4)在晶界上析出,合金内部的位错发生胞状转变,生成亚晶结构,以及第二相物质的弥散分布造成的。

Abstract:The microstructure, phase structure and relative properties of the QCr 0 5 alloy are investigated in by the transmission election microscopy(TEM) and X ray diffractmeter The results show that the hardness and electrical conductivity are increased remarkably after the process of heat treatment The alloy is strengthened by the Cr atom precipitation at the grain boundary, the dislocation transformation to cellular structure and the fine second phase Cu 2Cr 2O 4 spread in the microstructure
