摘    要:分析了全层片多晶体TiAL基合金的几种可能的微观变形模式及显微结构对屈服应力的影响。在此基础上推导出全层片多晶体TiAl基合金室温下应力和晶粒 d以及层片间距的关系,可表示为:σr=σ0+KyL^-1/2+K3c.dc^-1/2。其中晶凿尺寸对屈服应力的影响比层片间距显得多。

Abstract:The micro deformation modes and the effect of microstructure on yield stress of fully lamellae polycpetalline TiAl-base alloy are studied in this paper. Based on the analyses above the relationship between the yield stress and colony size d and lamellar spacing A is derived as follows The colony size shows a much stronger effect on yield stess than the lamellar spacing does.
