放矿计算机辅助管理系统的研制开发

摘    要:本文所建立的放矿计算机辅助集成管理系统采用改进的空位扩散随机介质理论。该系统的功能齐全、可操作性强,具有良好的人机交互界面,能够实现矿块崩落法放矿计划的动态调整,迅速及时纠正放矿生产过程中出现的各种偏差,保证放矿控制的顺利实现。该系统适合于大规模、高阶段矿块崩落法放矿生产管理。该软件在程潮铁矿矿块崩落法放矿管理中的运行结果是令人满意的,可以部分替代物理模拟试验能够提高矿块崩落法放矿的管理水平。

Abstract:A computer aided ore-drawing control integrated system is established in this paper,in which the Modified Mathematical Model of Void Diffusion(MMMVD )is used.The system software has complete functions and is easy to operate with good interfaces,dynamically regulating ore- drawing pro-duction plan, and promptly correcting variations during ore-drawing. All of these make the successful drawing control become true. The system is suitable for ore-drawing management of high level and large drawing area of block caving system.It Shows that the results are satisfactory when the system runs in the ore-drawing control of the block caving stope at Chengchao Iron Mine.Physical simulation tests can be partially replaced by the system, and the system can improve the ore-drawing management of block caving.
