会泽铅锌矿深部矿体工艺矿物学研究

摘    要:通过合泽铅锌矿深部矿体矿石的工艺矿物学研究,查明矿物组成、主要矿物的嵌布特征以及铅、锌元意的赋存状态,阐明影响选矿工艺的矿物学因素。会泽铅锌矿深部矿体混合矿中,铅、锌矿物既有硫化物又有碳酸盐,脉石也为碳酸盐矿物。闪锌矿、方铅矿、黄铁矿、菱锌矿、白铅矿占总矿物量的72.15%。为提高矿石中铅、锌选矿回收率,矿石分阶段细磨,还应强化对矿石中菱锌矿及白铅矿的回收。

Abstract:By the means of the process mineralogy researching of the deep ore body in the Huize Lead zinc Mine, the mineral composition, dissemination characteristic of the dominant minerals, and reserving states of lead and zinc are determined, and some mineralogical factors affecting to mineral processing are analyzed There are both sulfides and carbonates in lead and zinc minerals, and the gangues are also the carbonate minerals in deep ore body of the Huize Lead zinc Mine The mineral quantity of blende, galena, pyrite, smithsonite, cerussite is 72 15% of the total minerals In order to increase the recovery of lead and zinc from the ore, the ore should be finely milled by stages, and the smithsonite and cerussite recovery should also be intensified
