摘    要:在对扬矿管进行受力分析的基础上,运用有限元的方法将5000m扬矿管等分成20个两节点梁单元,将梁单元受力简化,推导出梁单元运动方程。将单元总装成整体结构,并将节点力加到具体节点上,得出整体结构运动方程,用ADINA得到扬矿管整体运动的动态响应解。分析扬矿管的整体运动过程,扬矿管的横向、纵向振动及变形与各因素的关系,其结果可作为扬矿管设计和操作控制的依据。同时提出减小扬矿管变形和振动的措施。

Abstract:To describe the integral movement of a 5000 m lifting pipe used in mining manganese nodule in the sea, the force loading on lifting pipe is analyzed by using finite element method. Dividing the pipe into 20 units, the unit movement equation is derived by simplifying the forces on the units, and the integral movement equations of the lifting pipe is set up. With the help of a finite element analysis program, ADINA, the dynamic response solution of the lifting pipe integral movement is given, and the process of this movement and the factors effected on the axial and horizontal oscillation are analyzed. The calculating results can be applied to the lifting pipe design and operation control of the mining system.
