摘    要:通过建立回转窑托轮力计算的线性公式 ,采用优化方法得出某回转窑最佳的机械运行状态。结果表明回转窑各档轴线无偏差时 ,托轮支承力分配不均匀。回转窑最佳运行状态时 ,1,3 ,4,5档垂直方向的轴线偏差都在± 10mm以上 ,1,2 ,3档左右各托轮受力最大 ,各为 14 46kN ,5档托轮受力最小 ,为 73 3kN。水平轴线偏差为 0时 ,各档左右两托轮受力均衡

Abstract:The liner calculation formula of the kiln supporting force is established The optimum mechanical operation state of rotary kiln is analyzed by optimization It is indicated that the distribution of the force on kiln supporters is inhomogeneous in ideal axes state The axes errors on supporter 1 and 3 to 5 in vertical direction are more than 10 mm respectively in the optimum mechanical operation state of rotary kiln, and the maximum supporting force, 1446kN, is on supporter 1 to 3, the minimum one, 733kN, is on supporter 5 The force on the left and right side of every supporter is equal while axes in horizontal direction is ideal
