摘    要:根据能量平衡原理,建立烟气向塔盘外壁的传热模型,并针对煤气成分变化的不同情况进行计算.结果表明:随着煤气热值的增加,烟气平均温度的升高,当粗锌熔液流量保持恒定时,塔盘外壁与内壁温度都随之升高,烟气向塔盘外壁的传热量有较大波动,提出充分利用烟气热值的合理建议。

Abstract:A model of heat transfer from smoke to exterior of tray is established based on principle of energy balance. The heat transfer with different gas components is calculated by using the model. The results of calculation show that the average temperature of smoke rises with the increase of calorific value of gas, and if flow rate of spelter liquid is constant, the temperatures of exterior and interior surface are increased respectively, and the heat transfer from smoke to exterior of tray is waved greatly. Some reasonable proposals for sufficiently utilizing the heat of smoke are made.
