萃淋树脂技术及其在湿法冶金中的应用

摘    要:从萃淋树脂制备、作用机理及其在湿法冶金分离中的应用两个方面对萃淋树脂技术进行综述。萃淋树脂技术将溶剂萃取的高选择性和离子交换的简便、高效性结合起来,克服了溶剂萃取分层困难和离子交换树脂合成困难、成本高等缺点,成为一种新型的简便高效的分离技术。该技术为湿法冶金分离开拓了一条新途径。

Abstract:Solvent impregnated resins (SIRs) technique was reviewed from two aspects including the preparation and reaction mechanism of SIRs and its applicarion to hydrometallurgy. The SIRs technique, which combined the advantages of the high selectivity of solvent extraction and the simplicity and high efficiency of ion exchange, overcame the disadvantages of the difficulties in delamination in solvent extraction and high costs in ion exchanger synthesis. It has become a new separation technique which is easy to operate and efficient. It provides a new method for the separation in hydrometallurgy.
