摘    要:采用有限元分析方法。建立二维金属切削仿真模型.利用网格自适应准则,以不同圆弧半径的铣刀,模拟典型零件二维切削过程中切屑的形成。已加工表面的切削力和残余应力分布状况。结果表明。刀刃钝圆半径越小,刀尖越锋利。但是磨损较快。切削力很快增加。刀刃钝圆半径增大,切削刃工作长度增加,机床负荷增加,易引起振动影响表面加工质量。残余应力分布在工件表面以下的0.15mm以内很薄的金属层,这对于厚度较小的薄壁件加工后的变形有很大的影响。仿真结果对于工程中的实际应用具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The two-dimension simulation model for metal cutting is established by the analysis with Finite Element Method. The chip breaking process, cutting forces and the distribution status of residual stress on the worked surface of the typical parts are simulated with different cutting corner radius tools by means of the self-adaptive meshing criteria. The results indicate that the cutting corner radius is lesser, the tool is sharper, but it wears out quickly and makes the cutting force increases. When the radius is larger, the work length of edge increases, which adds the load of machine tool and bring vibration to affect the surface machining quality. The residual stress only exists in the thin layer of metal under the surface of work-piece, which is less than 0. 15mm. It strongly affects machined distortion of thin-wall parts. The simulation result is with practical significance in en- gineering application. The simulation result is with practical significance in engineering application.
