摘    要:运用GC-MS剖析两起由起泡剂引发的选矿事故。对选厂所用选矿药剂进行分析,结果两选厂所用捕收剂均无质量问题,事故系由起泡剂质量所致。色谱和质谱分析表明选厂1使用的起泡剂2^#油是杂油醇而非松醇油,属假冒产品,引起选矿过程中泡沫无法控制和精矿品位显下降。选厂2使用含有邻甲氧苯酚类有害物质的2^#油,其对非目标矿物有捕收作用,因而影响精矿品位。

Abstract:Two mineral processing accidents resulted from frothers are analyzed by means of GC-MS. Fusel oil is instead of pine camphor oil in frothers 2 # oil in concentrator 1, as a result, frothing is uncontrollable and the grade of concentrate falls evidently. There are some harmful components in frothers 2 # oil used in concentrator 2 such as o methoxy phenol, which collect the undesirable minerals, so that the grade of concentrate is reduced.
