摘    要:用等通道转角挤压试验分析方法结合位错理论,研究等通道转角挤压硅铝合金组织中针状共晶硅在挤压过程中晶粒细化和断裂过程。结果表明:硅铝合金等通道转角挤压转角处的剪切力引起塑性变形,导致位错在共晶硅前的塞积与增殖,使共晶硅形成裂纹;裂纹尖端的应力集中使共晶硅完全断裂,达到晶粒的细化。

Abstract:The grain refinement and fracture process of needle shaped eutectic silicon formed in equal channel angular extrusion is investigated by experiments and dislocation theory The results show that the plastic deformation is caused by shear stress at corner,and dislocations are accumulated in the front of needle shaped eutectic silicon,forming fractures of needle shaped eutectic silicon The needle shaped eutectic silicon is fractured and broken up,and the grain fined by the concentration of shear stress in the spire
