摘    要:采用高能球磨法制备金锡共晶合金钎料,研究球磨后样品的微观组织随球磨时间的演变规律.XRD的检测结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,球磨后的样品中依次出现ε相(AuSn_2)、δ相(AuSn)和ζ相(Au_5Sn)等金属间化合物,出现顺序与合金化程度密切相关.SEM及EDX的观察结果表明,随着球磨时间的延长,单质Au粉与Sn粉之间实现了充分的合金化,标志粉末处于焊合过程中的河流状变形带的密度逐渐降低,最后趋于消失,组织整体均匀性提高,获得了成分均匀的共晶合金.

Abstract:Eutectic Au-Sn alloy solder is prepared by high energy ball milling and the microstructures of milled samples with the increasing of the milling time are studied. The results of XRD show that intermetallic phases ε (AuSn_2), δ(AuSn) and ζ(Au_5Sn) appear successively. The appearance order of intermetallic phases is related to the degree of alloying. SEM and EDX observations show that with the increasing of milling time, the alloying of Au powder and the Sn powder is fully completed, the density of the river-shaped deformation zones is gradually decreased, the homogeneity of the microstructures is increased, and the homogeneous eutectic alloy is obtained.
