摘    要:阐述在传统钼酸铵生产的“三废”治理过程中回收钼的方法。用热酸浸出和萃取分离从烟尘和烟气中回收Mo和Re。从酸性废水中回收钼则采用中和水解、硫化沉淀、活性碳吸附等方法。盐酸分解、纯碱焙烧和高压碱浸法是回收氨浸渣中钼的有效方法。

Abstract:The processes of molybdenum recovery from waste gas, water and slag produced in typical ammonium molybdate production process are reviewed. Molybdenum and rhenium can be separated and recovered from roasting gas and dust by leaching and solvent extraction. The molybdenum in acidic wastewater is recovered by neutralization, sulfide deposition and adsorption with activated charcoal. The decomposition with hydrochloric acid, oxidizing roast with soda and high pressure alkali leaching are effective technologies for molybdenum recovery from ammonia leaching residue.
