金属锌有机缓蚀剂研究进展

摘    要:评述金属锌有机缓蚀剂的研究状况,分析不同种类锌有机缓蚀剂的缓蚀效率及缓蚀机理。探讨缓蚀剂分子官能团,链长及缓蚀剂和金属的电荷性质对缓蚀效率的影响规律。给电子基团,亲水链和疏水链的恰当配比,带正电的有机杂环或阳离子表面活性剂有利于提高缓蚀效率。预测锌有机缓蚀剂研究的发展方向。

Abstract:The research status of the organic zinc corrosion inhibitors in recent years are reviewed The inhibition efficiency and mechanism of the various inhibitors are analyzed The influences of the substituent groups, chain length of molecular and electronic structure of inhibitor, and the electronic properties of the metal surface on the inhibiting effect are discussed Factors such as electron donating groups and proper proportion of hydrophilic group and hydrophobic group are profitable to the inhibition efficiency The trend of the inhibitor development is predicted
