脆硫锑铅矿矿浆电解试验研究

摘    要:通过系列条件试验,研究用矿浆电解法处理广西复杂脆硫锑铅矿。结果表明,采用矿浆电解法在HCl-NH4Cl体系中处理脆硫锑铅矿,可以实现锑和铅的一步分离并在阴极直接得到2#金属锑板,锑的浸出率大于98%。铅以PbCl2的形态沉淀入渣,经碳铵转化-脱硫,得到含铅大于45%、含硫小于15%的铅精矿和单质硫产品,铅的总回收率大于95%,银的总回收率大于80%。采用矿浆电解法在HCl-NH4Cl体系中处理脆硫锑铅矿是可行的。

Abstract:The Slurry Electrolysis Process for treatment of refractory jamesonite from Guangxi of China is investigated by a series of leaching tests The results show that while the jamesonite is treaed by Slurry Electrolysis Process in medium of HCl NH 4Cl, antimony and lead are separated in one step, and metal antimony is directly obtained in cathode at the same time The more than 98% of antimony are leached, and the lead in jamesonite is remained in the residue as PbCl 2 By transformation with ammonium carbonate and sulphur extraction, the lead concentrate (Pb is above 45%, S is below 15%) and sulphur concentrate are produced from the residue The recoveries of lead and silver are above 95% and 80% respectively It is feasible to treat jamesonite with the Slurry Electrolysis Process in HCl NH 4Cl medium
