Cu—Zn—Al形状记忆合金在汗液和海水中的腐蚀特性

摘    要:以应用最为广泛的Cu-Zn-Al基形状记忆合金为实验材料,以人工汗液和天然海水这两种记忆合金常接触的溶液为介质,利用动电位线性极化法和全浸挂片实验研究了Cu-Zn-Al记忆合金的腐蚀行为和规律。结果表明:Cu-Zn-Al合金经淬火处理后作为形状记忆合金使用时,其在汗液和海水中的腐蚀速率与退火态相比大大降低;其腐蚀特征仍是脱锌腐蚀。在温度和成分相同的条件下,合金的相结构对腐蚀速率有一定的影响。上述结果将对记忆合金的实际应用具有指导意义。

Abstract:The corrosion behaviour of Cu-Zn-Al shape memory alloys (SMA) in artificial sweat liquid and sea water has been studied by potentiodynamic scanning and plate immersion tests.The results show that quenched Cu-Zn-Al alloys,which has shape memory effect,exhibits a much lower corrosion rate than theannealed Cu-Zn-Al alloy.Its corrosion character is zinc liquating.The corrosion rate is apparently affected by the phase structures of alloys in case that compositions and temperatures of alloys are the same.The result is significant to the application of Cu-Zn-Al SMA.
