大洋多金属结核抗坏血酸还原酸浸研究

摘    要:提出抗坏血酸还原酸浸大洋多金属结核的新方法。常温(室温)常压下,加入少量抗坏血酸,在稀硫酸溶液中浸出20min,多金属结核中有价金属即可达到较高的浸出率(%):Mn、Ni、Co>98,Cu>97。抗坏血酸还原酸浸法还可成功应用于软锰矿、锰银矿等陆地难浸氧化矿的处理。

Abstract:A new process for the acid leaching of ocean polymetallic nodules using ascorbic acid as reducing agent is presented When ground polymetallic nodules are leached in dilute sulfuric acid solution for 20 minutes by adding small amount of ascorbic acid at ambient temperature and pressure, the valuable metals in the nodules can reach high percentage extraction: Mn,Ni,Co>98%, Cu>97% This method can also be applied to processing of pyrolusite or manganese-silver ores successfully
