一水硬铝石—高岭石型铝土矿焙烧脱硅热力学机理研究

摘    要:本文针对山西一水硬铝石-高岭石型高硅低铝土矿,应用差热、热重、红外光谱、高温X射线衍射在线分析等多种现代仪器分析研究了其焙烧热力学过程,得出了矿石中铝、硅、钛、铁、钙等主矿物在焙烧过程中物相变化规律。首次揭示了非晶态SiO2及非晶态Al-Si尖晶石的形成是焙烧脱硅工艺的实质所在。

Abstract:The thermodynamic mechanism of roasting diasporic-kaolin type ban-cite in Shanxi has been investigated by means of TGA, DTA, XRD and infrared spectrometry. Rules of material phase tranSition of basic minerals and impurities, such as Al, Si, Ti, Fe minerals have also been recoghzed to control the roast process. It is brought to light for the first time that the foeing of amorphous SiO2 in roasting is the key to the pre-desilication process.
